Orchard | Scaling Brand Consistency

As Orchard gave agents and internal teams more ways to create their own marketing, I saw the risk before it became a brand problem: self-service could speed the company up, but only if the tools made it easy to stay consistent.

Built a connected system of self-service brand tools across the organization, including the agent-facing Marketing Center, personalized Canva templates, signage workflows, and internal Claude Enterprise skills for brand guidance, presentation support, and voice. As the system evolved, partnered with Engineering to begin replacing manual and Canva-based workflows with more scalable internal tools.

Outcome: Enabled 550+ agents and internal teams to create brand-consistent materials independently, supporting more than 18,000 agent-produced assets, one-click personalization, AI-assisted creative support, and a more scalable foundation for Orchard’s next phase of growth.
